Farmer capability development
Strengthening knowledge, decision-making, and the ability to adapt.
Kaset Connect is an early-stage venture in Thailand exploring two ways to build a sustainable agricultural business: FarmERP + AI farm-management services for commercial farms that can pay for them, and fair collaboration between landowners and farmers. Both are still being validated.

A future where farmers and communities have the capability to shape their own future, create opportunities together, and build resilient networks they can rely on in times of stability and crisis.
We start with the knowledge, experience, and value farmers already have. We aim to strengthen capabilities, enable meaningful participation and a sense of shared belonging, and nurture cooperation that helps people adapt and recover without creating unnecessary dependence.
Strengthening knowledge, decision-making, and the ability to adapt.
Listening to farmers and co-designing approaches grounded in real life.
Creating a place where farmers have a voice and feel they belong—not a promise of legal equity.
Aspiring to build networks for listening, learning, and connecting people with options during crises.
This is an intended pathway we are testing, not a proven outcome. FarmERP + AI and other technology are supporting tools along the way, not the goal.
This vision is a proposed direction, not a claim that support networks or crisis-response services are already operational.
We pursue commercial opportunity and social value together, while evaluating each business track against its own evidence.
A farm management service for commercial farms, helping owners and managers improve operational visibility, identify issues, and make better-informed decisions with FarmERP and AI-assisted support.
Exploring fair collaboration between owners of underutilized land and farmers or aspiring agricultural entrepreneurs, aiming for shared economic value and meaningful participation. Farmers should have real entrepreneurial opportunities, not merely hired-labor roles.
Three groups with different roles. FarmERP + AI services for commercial operators are our intended primary revenue pathway. Shared Land Value Creation is an exploratory business model whose commercial structure remains to be validated.
Commercial farm operators and organizations with the ability to pay for FarmERP + AI services. Willingness to pay is part of what we are validating.
The people whose capability and opportunities we aim to strengthen. We do not intend to charge smallholder farmers a subscription.
Organizations that may join future collaborations such as research or field pilots, both still at an exploratory stage.
Technology and partnerships alone do not prove a business works. We believe expansion should follow observable, verifiable results.
We seek services that paying customers value, while exploring arrangements that give farmers and participants fair economic opportunities. How capability building and commercial sustainability reinforce each other is itself a hypothesis we are testing.
This roadmap shows work in progress and future opportunities, each labelled with its current status.
Validate value and business models for Track 1 and Track 2 independently.
Proposed research into farmers’ adaptive and coordination capabilities; may run alongside Stage 1.
Potential multi-stakeholder field coordination pilots, subject to readiness and appropriate agreements.
Long-term ambition to replicate validated models while sustaining participant value and commercial viability. Connected agricultural services are part of this long-term vision.
Kaset Connect is an early-stage, pre-incorporation venture initiative based in Thailand. We are developing technology, service models, and partnerships while validating our business model before deciding when to incorporate and scale.
Our focus is farm-management services and fair collaboration models rather than a general agricultural marketplace, with farmer capability as the central aim and technology in a supporting role.
Kaset Connect is looking for partners and early supporters who want to help test whether farmer capability and commercial sustainability can grow together. We welcome conversations with prospective investors, strategic partners, institutions, commercial farm operators, and landowners. A short introductory email is the best first step.
